Information we collect

• Through the quote form: name, phone number, email (optional), city, requested service and a description of what you need.
• By phone or text: the information and photos you choose to send us.
• When you visit: technical browsing data collected by Google cookies, described below.

Why we use it

Only to prepare your quote, contact you, schedule the job and bill you. We never sell or rent your information.

Who has access

Only our team has access to your information. We rely on service providers to run the website:

• Formspree, which delivers form submissions to our inbox;
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website;
• Google, to measure how well our advertising and website perform.

These providers may store data outside Quebec, including in the United States. They use your information only to provide their service.

Cookies

The website uses the Google tag to know whether a visit leads to a call or a quote request. These cookies are off by default: they are only set if you click "Accept" in the banner. If you decline, Google only receives anonymous signals, without cookies.

You can change your mind at any time: change my choice.

Retention

We keep your information as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, including accounting and tax requirements. It is then destroyed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@godebarras.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
